Minutes of a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 12th

Meeting called to order by Mayor. Frank C. Bond
Present: Mayor Frank C. Bond Trustees: T. C. Jeleema, E. R. Rivers,
Glen H. Preston and C. N. Rockwell. Clerk,Chas. F. Hix. Absent, Trustees
C. Byron Hall and Clyde M. Low.
Minutes of a regular meeting held January 8th, 1934 were read and approved
as read.
Trustee Jelsema moved and Trustee Rockwell seconded the metion that the
following bills be a]. owed andpaid and Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for
same:

Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote, Yea, Trustees, Jeleema,
Preston, Rivers and Rockwell. Nay, none.
The Clerk was instructed to write letters asking for bide on one set of
election supplies and 300 ballots, for the elation to be held in April 1934, to the
following firms: The Estes Park Trail, C. F. Hoeckle Blank Book & Litho. Co., Bradford -
Robinson Printing Co., and Out West Printing Co.
