Minutes of a _regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the . 23rd
day of Jul Y , A. D. 19 34 at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Fr n If C. Bond
Present: Mayor Fr ark C. Bond Trustees: C. Byr on Hall, T. C. jel soma
Clyde M. Low, Glen H. Preeton, E. R. Rivers and C. .N. Rockwell; Clerk Chas. F.
Absent, none.
Minutes of regular meeting held. July. Sth, 1934 were reed and. approved

Trustee Low introduced an ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance Relating to
the Sale of Alcoholic Liquor Containing More Than 3.2$ of Alcohol. by Weight,
Providing e License therefor, Regulations under which the same shall be sold and
Providing Penalties for the Seta shall. be. bold and Pro.viding Penaltiee. for tbe
Violation thereof': Thereupon said ordinance was reed in full. Trustee R3ver5
moved and Trustee Hall seconded the motion that said ordinance be passed and
adopted and be numbered 71. and be published according to lew. Upon roll cell
said motion was carried bythe folin. ing vote : Yea , Trustees, Hall , jelsema,

"INHEREAS, The Estee Park Fire Deoartment received from Harry E. Kremser
a check for. Z50.00 in appreciation of efforts of the deaarthent in•
putting out the fire that burned the garage at the Krumser Residence,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board. of Trusteesof t s Town: of Estes
Park, Coloradothat this body hereby ex.Te.ss to. Mr . Kremser their
