Minutes of a regul.er meeting of the Board of Truslees of the Town of Estes Park, Il...erirner
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 14th .
day of ildraY , A. D. 19 34 at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Frnnk C. Bond
Present: Mayor Frank C. Bond Trustees: T. C. jel9enfla , Clyde M.
Low, Glen H. Preson and E. R. Rivers. Clerk,Chas. F. Hix, Absent, Trustees
C. Byron Hall and C. N. Rockwell.
Mimutes of regular meeting held April 9th, 1934were read and
approved as read.
Trustee Low moved and Trustee Rivers seconded the motion that the
following bills be allowed and paid and Clerk be instructed to draw warrants
for same:

Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees
jelsema, Low,Preston and Rivers. Nay, None.
Dr. Jean C. Flint spoke on the work that had been done by him as
milk inspector last summer and es to What arrangements couldbe made for the
milk inspector's salary for the coming summer. After some discussion, Trustee
Rivers moved and Trustee Jelseme seconded the motion that he be employed as mill.:
inspector in. the Town from June 1st, 1934 to October let, 1934 at a total nlery
of $100.00. Upon roll call said motion wan carried by the following vote:
Trustees, jeleema, Low, Preston and Rivers. Nay, none.
Trustee Jelsema moved and Trustee Preston seconded the motion that
the Clerk write a letter to the hotels and cottage camp owners located outside
of the Town limits asking them to defray the expenses of milk inspection by
contributions to the Estes Park. Chamber of Commerce, towards paying Dr. Flint
an additional salary than that which he is receiving from the Town. Upon roll
call, said motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business to come before the meeting it was
regularly moved, seconded and, carried that meeting adjourn.
