D. 193.3.,_ at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Frank, C• Bond ,Present: Mayor Frank C. Bond. Trustees; T. C. Jelsema, Glen El. Preston, E. R. Rivers and C. N. Rockwell, and Clerk Chas, F. Hix. Abeent: Trustees C. Byron Hall and Clyde M. Low. Minutes of a regular meeting of the board of trustees held on January 9th, 1933 were read and approved as read.
