Minutes of a regulftr meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Perk on the llth
day of. September A. D. 19 33 at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Frank a, Butd
Present: Mayor Frank C. Bond Trustees: Clyde M. Low, Glen H. Preston,
E. R. Rivers and C. N. Roc Clerk, Chas. F. Hix. Absent, Trustees C. Byron
Hall and T. C. Jelsema.
Minutes of regular meeting held Auguet 14th, 19R3 were reed and approved
as read.
Trustee Rivers moved and Trustee Low seconded the motion that the following
bills be allowed and paid and the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same:

Upon roll call 4id motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees, Low, Preston,
Rivers and Rockwell. Nay, None.
Trustee Low moved and Trustee Fivers seconded the motion that a Warrant be
drawn in the sum of $25.00 to the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce for the purpose of de-
fraying expenses of good will tour of twenty business men from Colorado Springs and Twenty
business men from Denver, visiting the Town of Estee Park on Thursday, Septvhber 14th, 1933.
Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees, Low, Freston,
Rivers and Rockwell. Nay, None.
Clerk was instructed to write a letter to the Board of County Commisaionere of
Larimer County, Colorado requesting that E. O. Banks be retained as Deputy Sheriff for
a few months more or possibly through this winter.
It was regularly moved seconded and carried that meeting adjourn.
