00RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIES17-88ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGGENERALPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR1989,TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE1989BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonOctober25,19B$;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpensesis$149,100;andWHEREAS,the1989netvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$46,479,730.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposeofmeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe1989budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof3.208millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear1989.ThattheTownClerkisherebyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis25thdayofOctober,1988.MayorATTEST:TownClerk
