HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 04-81e. 0 0 ORDINANCE NO.4 -81 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERIIOF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO ZONING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1.That Section 17.24.010,Subsection 6 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is amended to read as follows: 6.All lands included in Block 10,according to second amended plat (including Piltz and Webster Resubdivisions)except Lot 27 of Block 10,Lots 8,9 and 10 of Subdivision of Lot 7 Piltz Resubdivision,Lot 5 of Piltz Resubdivision of Lots 23 and 26 of Block 10 and Lot 25 of Block 8,Lot 18 of Block 10 and Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of Subdivision of Lot 17 of Block 10, all in the town of Estes Park,Colorado,and except the following described parcel of land:Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 16,Block 10,town of Estes Park,Larimer County,Colorado,as shown on the second amended plat thereof and as monumented by a town of Estes Park brass—capped monument bearing N25°21’27”E a distance of 734.00 feet from the W 1/16th corner of the NEt of Section 25,T5N,R73W of the 6th P.M.as monumented by a town of Estes Park brass—capped monument (all bearings contained herein are relative to the west line of the SW*of the NEt of said Section 25 considered as bearing S00°14’lS”E);thence N88°51’52”W 20.0 feet along the north line of Lot 19,Block 10, to the true point of beginning:thence N54°15’5611E 50.00 feet; thence S 88°51’52’E 118.19 feet to a point on the westerly right— of—way of Virginia Drive;thence southerly on a curve to the right having a central angle of 06°53’32”and radius of 250.0 feet for a distance of 30.07 feet;the resultant chord being S02°12’38”E 30.05 feet;thence N88°51’52”W 141.32 feet along the south line of Lots 16 and 15,Block 10 to a point bearing N88°51’52”W 1.32 feet from the SW corner of said Lot 15;thence S00°52’W 100.0 feet along the west line of Lot 18,Block 10;thence N88°51’52”W 25.0 feet;thence N00°45’OS”E 100.0 feet;thence S88°51’52”E 6.32 feet along the north line of Lot 19,Block 10 to the true point of beginning. Section 2.That Section 17.32.010,Subsection 15 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is amended to read as follows: 15.Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of subdivision of Lot 17, Block 10,in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado. Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the town of Estes Park, Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for uniform zoning regulations;and whereas,in the opinion of the Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect •1 C 0 and be in force immediately after its passage,adoption,and signature of the Mayor ‘Vayor read at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on the 14th 17th day of April 1981,all as required by the Statutes of the State of Colorado I hereby certify that the above ordinance was introduced and day of April ,1981,and published inanewspaper of general circulation in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,on the In_I ‘IIa-tA1 e —2—
