Minutes of the regular meeting held March 28,1978 were read and approved as read. Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels moved the following bills be allowed and paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for the same.(A certified copy of the bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk under this date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto.) Trustee Houston seconded the motion.The motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes Trustees Robert E.Burgess, H.Bernerd Dannels,Margaret houston,Jack T.Rumley,Rollen Sutter,James H.Swickard.Those voting “No”none. Trustee Rollen Sutter,Chairman of the Estes Park Board of Adjustment,read the minutes of a meeting held April 10,1978. Town Administrator Hill presented an application for a change in ownership of a Hotel and Restaurant liquor license from Randall and Sandra Good and Norman E.and Rebecca J.Dfles to Dayton L.and Rosina E.Olson dba Gaslight Pub.Trustee Rollen Sutter moved the change of ownership be granted.Trustee Houston seconded the motion and it unanimously carried. Trustee Robert E.Burgess moved the liquor license renewal for DJR Corporation dba Circle Supers be approved.Trustee Dannels seconded the motion and it unanimously carried. Trustee James H.Swickard moved the liquor license renewal for Surrey Restaurants,Inc.dba La Casa del Estorito be approved. Trustee Rumley seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Meeting called to arder by Mayor Present:Mayor Trustees: Also Present, Absent: Trustee Margaret Houston moved the liquor license renewal for Denver Pizza,Inc.dba Pizza Hut be approved.Trustee Sutter seconded the motion and it unanimously carried. Trustee Rolleh Sutter introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign the Off—Street Parking agreement dated April 5,1978 by and between the Town of Estes Park and Robert D.Copper and Gloria L.Copper and the Estes Park Bank. Trustee Dannels seconded the motion.The motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels, Margaret Houston,Jack T.Rumley,Rollen Sutter,James H.Swickard, Robert E.Burgess.Those voting “No”none. Frederick and Cheri Houser submitted a request to the Board of Appeals for a29”clearance in front of the water closets located in the Happy Texan instead of the 32”required by the Uniform Building Code.The County Health Department required elongated stools which,when installed,left only a 29”clearance.Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels moved the variance be granted.Trustee Swickard seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. An application was submitted by Odd Lyngholm for a parade sponsored by the Sons of Norway on May 13,1978.The parade route would be on Elkhorn Avenue from the Sunset Motel to Crowley’s Restaurant parking lot.Trustee Dannels moved the parade application be approved.
