Trustee Robert E.Burgess moved the following bills be allowed and paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for the same.(A certified copy of the bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk,under this date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto). Trustee Swickard seconded the motion.The motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess, H.Bernerd Dannels,James H.Swickard,Jack T.Rumley,Robert E. Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Trustee Robert E.Wagner,Chairman of the Water Committee,read the minutes of a meeting held March 8,1979 and moved the minutes be approved.Trustee Rumley seconded the motion and it unanimously carried. Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced and the Town Administrator read in full the following entitled ordinance and Trustee Wagner moved it be passed and adopted on first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 13.32.040, 13.32.110,13.32.130 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THE SAME RELATING TO WATER SERVICE. Trustee Dannels seconded the motion.The motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Jack T.Rumley, James H.Swickard,Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none.Whereupon Mayor Harry B. Tregent declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered #7—79 and published according to law. Trustee Robert EL Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign the lease by and between the Town of Estes Park and the Estes Park Senior Citizens Center,Inc.regarding leasing a portion of Stanley Park for a Senior Citizens Center. Trustee Rumley seconded the motion.The motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees James H.Swickard, Robert E.Wagner,Jack T.Rumley,Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels.Those voting “No”none. Meeting called to order by Mayor Present:Mayor Trustees: Also Present: Absent: Trustee James H.Swickard introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the filing date of the application for a new 3.2%Beer License (Consumption On &Off)filed by Roberta Irene Willey dba Parlour Restaurant 8 Deli at 351 South Saint Vram Highway is March 13,1979 and it is hereby ordered that a public hearing on said application shall be held in the Board Room of the Municipal Building,170 MacGregor Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado,on April 24, 1979 at 7:30 p.m.and that the neighborhood boundaries for the purpose of said application and hearing shall be the area included within a radius of 3.08 miles as measured from the center of the applicant’s property. Trustee Dannels seconded the motion.The motion passed by the following votes:Those voting TTYe5TI Trustees Robert E.Wagner, James H.Swickard,H.Bernerd Dannels,Jack T.Rumley,Robert E. Burgess.Those voting “No”none. Celeste Reeves appeared before the Board requesting use of Bond Park July 1st through 7th for a “Country Craft Fair”.The craft fair would involve the display and sale of items crafted by local individuals.Profits received would go to the individual craftsmen. The Board of Trustees informed Ms.Reeves that present rules and regulations for Bond Park would not permit events directed towards individual profits. Trustee Robert E.Burgess introduced and the Town Administrator read in full the following entitled ordinance and Trustee Burgess moved it be passed and adopted on first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.24.100 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO THE REVOCABLE CATV PERMIT. Trustee Swjckard seconded the motion.Discussion then followed regarding the amount of the annual fee and method of payment and Trustee Robert E.Burgess withdrew his motion with consent from Trustee Swickard.Trustee Swickard then moved the ordinance be referred back to the Light &Power Committee for reconsideration and revision.Trustee Burgess seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. 227 Quhzn zxf (fistn nrk,Larimer County,Colorado P.1 Minutes of a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Larimer County,Colorado.Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the day of A.D.19 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Present:Mayor Trustees: Also Present: Absent: Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved the liquor license renewal for DJR Corporation dba Circle Supers of Estes Park be approved. Trustee Rumley seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted:- RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign the agreement by and between the Town of Estes Park and Walter Alsbaugh for performances to be held July 18 —21,1979. Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.The motion passed byte following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess, H.Bernerd Dannels,Robert E.Wagner,James H.Swickard,Jack T. Rumley.Those voting “No”none. A request was received from the Quota Club requesting to use Bond Park on April 28,1979 for a “Trike—A—Thon”.Proceeds from the event would support the Estes Park Student Loan Fund administered by the Quota Club.A bake sale would also be held in conjunction with the “Trike—A—Thon”.Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels moved the Quota Club be permitted to use Bond Park on April 28,1979 for the “Trike—A—Thon”and bake sale.Trustee Rumley seconded the motion and the motion unanimously carried.
