Absent:None
Minutes of the regular meeting held June 7,Th77 were read and
approved as read.
Trustee Rollen Sutter,Chairman of the Water Committee,read the
minutes of a meeting held June 9,1977 and moved the minutes be
approved.Trustee Dannels seconded the motion and upon roll call
the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels,Chairman of the Public Works Committee,
read the minutes of a meeting held June 16,1977 and moved the
minutes be approved.Trustee Sutter seconded the motion and upon
roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee Robert E.Burgess,Chairman of the Public Safety Commit
tee,read the minutes of a meeting held June 23,1977 and moved
the minutes be approved.Trustee Petrocine seconded the motion
and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Trustee N.T.Petrocine,Chairman of the Estes Park Planning Com
mission,read the minutes of a meeting held June 21,1977.
A request was submitted by Stanley Pratt to change the boundary
line between Lots 42&43 of Little Prospect Mountain Addition.
The boundary line adjustment would transfer a portion of Lot 42
to Lot 43 which would be used for off—street parking for the
Common Point Professional Building.Trustee H.Bernerd flannels
moved the boundary line adjustment be approved subject to (1)
the conveyed parcel be deed restricted to never be separated
from Lot 43,Little Prospect Mountain Addition,and (2)a repro
ducible copy of the plat be filed with the Town of Estes Park.
Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
unanimously carried.
A request was submitted by Anita Cohn and Florence C.Bond to
adjust the boundary line among Lots 15,16,18 &19,Block 10,
Town of Estes Park.Trustee Rollen Sutter moved the boundary
line adjustment be approved subject to a reproducible copy of
the plat being filed with the Town.Trustee Burgess seconded Fl
the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
Richard and Floy Barbeau submitted a petition requesting to
divide Lot 38,Elkhorn Club Estates into two parcels containing
1.89 acres and 1.0 acres.Trustee Robert E.Burgess moved the
lot split be granted subject to the relocation of the sewer line
and the filing of a reproducible copy of the plat with the Town.
Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
unanimously carried.

Minutes of a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Larimer County,Colorado Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park
on the day of A.D.19....at regular meeting

Meeting called to order by Mayor

Trustee Rollen Sutter,Chairman of the Estes Park Board of
Adjustment,read the minutes of a meeting held June 22,1977.
Trustee Robert E.Burgess introduced and the Clerk read the
following entitled ordinance and Trustee Burgess moved the
ordinance be passed and adopted on second and final reading:
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING
CHAPTER 10.12 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING
TO VEHICLE REMOVAL FROM CERTAIN LOADING
ZONES AND STORAGE CHARGES THEREFOR.
Trustee Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.
Bernerd Dannels,Robert E.Burgess,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.
Wagner,Margaret Houston.Those voting “No”Trustee N.T.
Petrocine.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared said
ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it number 19—77
and published according to law.
Trustee Robert E.Burgess introduced the following resolution
and moved it be passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
WhEREAS,Section 10.12.030 of the Municipal Code requires
the Board of Trustees designate storage areas for vehicles towed
from loading zones.
THEREFORE,the storage areas for vehicles towed at the
direction of the Town of Estes Park are as follows:

Trustee Houston seconded the motion,Upon roll call the motion
passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.

Burgess,Rollen Sutter,N.T.Petrocine.Those voting “No”none.
Trustee Burgess moved the liquor license renewal and address change for
Colony Hotels,Inc.dba The Inn at Estes Park be approved.Trustee
Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously
carried.
The Town Clerk presented an application for a change in ownership
of the Estes Park Liquor Store located at 165 East Elkhorn Avenue
from E.R.Smith to Eric M.Hender.Trustee N.T.Petrocine moved
the change of ownership be granted.Trustee Dannels seconded the
motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried,
Greg Rosener submitted an application for a 10’driveway from Lot
1,Block 11,Country Club Manor onto Stanley Avenue.Trustee H.
Bernerd Dannels moved the driveway permit be granted.Trustee
Wagner seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously
carried.
Alan F.McGill submitted a request for two 12’curb cuts onto
Woodstock Drive from Lot 9,DeVille Subdivision.Trustee Robert
E.Wagner moved the curb cuts be granted.Trustee Sutter seconded
the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
A letter dated June 24,1977 was received and read from KSIR News
Director Charles E.Rankin requesting ataperecorder hookup to the
Board’s microphone system.Mayor Harry B.Tregent tabled the re
quest for further consideration.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
