Trustee Rollen Sutter,Chairman of the Water Committee,read the minutes of a meeting held March 10,1977 and moved the minutes be approved.Trustee flannels seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee H.Bernerd flannels,Chairman of the Public Works Commit tee,read the minutes of a meeting held March 17,1977 and moved the minutes be approved.Trustee Houston seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee Robert E.Wagner,Member of the Estes Park Planning Com mission,read the minutes of a meeting held March 15,1977. A petition was filed by Peters and McCormick to change the boun dary line between lots 6&7 of Country Club Estates.The boundary line adjustment would not change the size of either lot nor create any new lots or building sites.Trustee H.Bernerd flannels moved the boundary line adjustment be granted.Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced and the Clerk read the fol lowing entitled ordinance and Trustee Wagner moved the ordinance be passed and adopted on second and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 17.36 AND 17.32 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESThS PARK, COLORADO,RELATING TO THE REZONING OF LOTS 5, 6,7,16,17,18,AND 19 OF DEVILLE SUBDIVISION (A PORTION OF LOT 5,MANFORD ADDITION AND A POR TION OF LOT 36,WHITE MEADOW VIEW PLACE ADDITION), TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO. Trustee Houston seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Rollen Sutter,Margaret Houston,H.Bernerd Dannels,Robert E. Wagner.Those voting “No”Trustee N.T.Petrocine.Whereupon Mayor Pro Tern N.T.Petrocine declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 10—77 and published according to law. Meeting called to order by Moyar Present:Mayor Trustees: Also Present: Absent: AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROADWAY LOCATED IN LOTS 1,3,5,AND 6 OF AMENDED PLAT OF SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION,NOW KNOWN AS SUNNY ACRES ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,LARIMER COUNTY,COLORADO. Trustee Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees II. Bernerd Dannels,Margaret Houston,Robert E.Wagner,Rollen Sutter, N.T.Petrocine.Those voting “No’none.Whereupon Mayor Pro Tern N.T.Petrocine declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 11—77 and published according to law. Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the Mayor Pro Tern and Town Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign agreements by and between the Town of Estes Park and the Colorado Hunter—Jumper Association for performances to be held August 18 —20,1977;and by and between the Town of Estes Park and the Longmont Little Britches Rodeo Association for performances to be held July 15 —17,1977. Trustee Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees 11. Bernerd Dannels,Margaret Houston,Robert E.Wagner,Rollen Sutter, N.T.Petrocine.Those voting “No”none. A letter was received from the Colorado Municipal League inquiring as to whether or not the Town of Estes Park would like to participatethroughtheLeagueinopposingtheMountainBellrateincrease application which was filed on February 25,1977.Guy Elder ofMountainBellinEstesParkcommentedbrieflyontheproposedrate increase.Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels moved the Town of Estes Park not participate inopposing the Mountain Bell rate increase.Trust ee Wagner seconded the rnotion and upon roll call the motion unani mously carried. A request for an exemption filed by Marion and Joyce Klein was submitted to the Town for its review by the Larimer County PlanningDepartment.Mr.Klein is requesting to divide approximately 56 acres located on McGraw Ranch Road into four lots under the exemp tion procedure rather than the subdivision procedure.Trustee H. Meeting coiled to order by Mayor Present:Mayor Trustees; Also Present: Absent: Bernerd Dannels moved a recommendation denying the request for an exemption to the subdivision procedures be forwarded to the Larimer County Commissioners.Trustee Wagner seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. John Ericson submitted an application for a curb cut from Lot 13,DeVille Subdivision onto Woodstock Drive.Trustee Robert FL Wagner moved the curb cut be granted.Trustee Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. A request for a 34.44’wide driveway onto an alley west of Moraine Avenue was submitted by Elsie J.lix.The driveway permit is being sought in order to comply with building permit requirements. Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved the driveway permit be granted. Trustee Sutter seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Lynn Kinnie submitted a request for a one—way 25’driveway en tering only from Riverside Drive onto Lot 8 of Prospect Village Subdivision.Trustee Wagner moved the curb cut request be tabled until a recommendation is received from Police Chief Ault. Trustee Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
