Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced and the Clerk read in full the following entitled ordinance,and Trustee Wagner moved it be passed on first reading: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST DAY OF JANUARY,1976,AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER,1976.ESTI MATING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAX LEVY BASED ON THE SAID BUDGET SO ADOPTED; ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE DERIVED FROM OTHER REVENUE SOURCES;AND SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES FOR EACH FUND. Trustee Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Trustee Robert E.Burgess introduced and the Clerk read in full the following entitled ordinance,and Trustee Burgess moved it be passed on first reading: AN ORDINANCE LEVYING TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1976,TO DEFRAY THE COST OF MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO.FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1,1976,AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1976. Trustee Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter, Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Trustee Glenn Prosser introduced and the Clerk read in full the following entitled ordinance,and Trustee Prosser moved it be passed on first reading: THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE:APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO DEFRAY EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO.FOR THE TOWN’S FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1,1976,AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER,1976. Meeting coiled to order by Mayor Present:Mayor Trustees: Also Present: Absent: A request from Tom Black to vacate a portion of a road on and across Lots 1,5 and 6,amended plat of Sunny Acres Addition was submitted to the Board of Trustees for its consideration. Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved that the Town Attorney be instructed to prepare the necessary papers in order to proceed with vacating the stated portion of road in Sunny Acres.Trustee Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Robert E.Wagner,Chairman of the Advertising and Public Relations Committee,read the minutes of a meeting held September 10,1975 and moved the minutes be approved.Trustee Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion was declared a tie by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels, Glenn Prosser,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,N.T.Petrocine,Rollen Sutter.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent cast the deciding “No”vote,therefore, defeating the motion. Trustee Glenn Prosser,Chairman of the Estes Park Planning Com mission,read the minutes of a meeting held September 22,1975. A petition requesting a land division of Lots 22,23 and 24,Block 11 of Country Club Manor Addition was submitted to the Board of Trustees.The land division involves conveying the south 2’of Lot 23 to Lot 24,and the south 0.5’of Lot 22 to Lot 23 as shown on the plat titled “Improvement Survey of Lot 23,Block 11 -Country Club Manor Addition.”Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels moved that the request be granted.Trustee Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee Robert E.Burgess introduced and the Clerk read in full the following entitled ordinance,and Trustee Burgess moved that the ordinance be passed on first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5.28 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO THE LEVY AND PAYMENT OF ANNUAL OCCUPATION TAX ON THE SALE AND DELIVERY OF 3.2%BEER, MALT,VINOUS OR SPIRITUOUS LIQUORS. Trustee Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert EL Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No” none.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 24-75 and published according to law. Trustee Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No” none.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 25—75 and published according to law. Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved it be approved: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign the Agreement by and between the Town of Estes Park and the Park Hospital District regarding ambulance service.
