Mr.Dunn Krahl appeared before the Board and discussed with them a proposal to refund the Town’s general obligation bonds in the amount of $555,000. Trustee N.T.Petrocine moved the proposal be approved.Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E. Wagner.Those voting “No”none.Trustee Robert E.Burgess abstained. Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,CDLDRADD: That the filing date of the application for a new Retail Liquor Store License filed by Louis Canaiy and Jean B.Canaiy dba Lake Estes Liquor Mart,is February 25,1975,and it is hereby ordered that a public hearing on said application shall be held in the Municipal Building,100 MacGregor,Estes Park, Colorado on April 8,1975,at 7:30 P.M.,and that the neighbor hood boundaries for the purpose of said application and hearing shall be the area included within a radius of 5.5 miles as measured from the applicant’s property. Trustee Rollen Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser, Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes:Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Trustee Glenn Prosser introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign the Temporary Use Permit by and between the Town of Estes Park and Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District for 30 Units of Colorado Big Thompson Water. Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the annual Rodeo Agreement by and between the Town of Estes Park and Walter Alsbaugh. Trustee Glenn Prosser introudced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign the annual Horse Show Agreement by and between the Town of Estes Park and the Boulder Hunter Jumber Club.
