Trustee Robert B.Wagner moved the following bills be allowed and paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same.(A Certified copy of the bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk under this date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto.)Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced and the Town Clerk read in full,the following entitled ordinance and Trustee Wagner moved it be passed on second and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 17.20.010 AND 17.24.010 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO ZONING OF LOTS IN SUNNY ACRES ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ESThS PARK,COlORADO. The Town Attorney has agreed to,and accepted the covenants as prepared by Attorney Lynn Hammond.Trustee H.Bernerd flannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd flannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner, Robert E.Burgess.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 8-74 and published according to law. Trustee Robert E.Burgess introduced and the Town Clerk read in full,the following entitled ordinance and Trustee Burgess moved it be passed on second and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.68.060 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO ZONING NONCON FORMING USE MINIMUM LOT AREAS. Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner,Robert E.Burgess,U.Bernerd Dannels. Trustee Robert E.Burgess introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO: That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign the agreement dated May 13,1974,by and between the Town of Estes Park and Wesley V.Metzler dba Estes Park Animal Clinic,relating to dog impoundment. Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion..Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Wagner,Robert E. Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter. Those voting “No”none.
