Trustee N.T.Petrocine moved the following bills be allowed and paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same.(A Certified Copy of the bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk under this date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto.)Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine, Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved that the Board of Trustees reconsider the motion to grant a Beer and Wine license to Mrs.Barbara Lopez dba Jack’s Cottage Inn,160 West Elkhorn Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado.Trustee Rollen Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”Trustees H.Bernerd flannels,Robert E.Burgess. Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared the motion to grant a Beer and Wine license to Mrs.Barbara Lopez dba Jack’s Cottage Inn,was now on the floor for consideration.The Mayor asked the Clerk to call the roll and the motion was passed and license granted by the following votes. Those voting “Yes”Trustees N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter, Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H. Bernerd flannels. Trustee Robert E.Burgess was excused from the meeting. Trustee Robert E.Wagner introduced the following entitled ordinance and moved it be passed on first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 16.28.020 AND 16.28.060 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO,RELATING TO ANNEXATION AND SUBDIVISION MAPS OR PIATS. Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”H.Bernerd flannels, N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared the ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 9-73 and published accord ing to law. Trustee Glenn Prosser,Chairman of the Water Committee,read the minutes of the meeting held on April 2,1973 and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.Trustee Rollen Sutter seconded the motion. The Town Clerk called the roll on the motion to approve the Water Com mittee minutes of April 2,1973 and the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes’Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine, Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Trustee H.Bernerd flannels introduced the following ordinance and moved it be passed and adopted on first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAFFER 13.28 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO METERED WATER SERVICE. Trustee Rollen Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees N.T. Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert B.Wagner,H.Bernerd Dannels.Those voting “No”none.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 10-73 and published according to law. Trustee Robert B.Wagner introduced the following ordinance and moved it be passed and adopted on first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 13.24.050 AND 13.32.010 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO,RElATING TO WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS AND DEFINING WATER TAP. Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Glenn Prosser, Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine. Those voting “No”none.Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 11-73 and published according to law. The Clerk read in full the proposed water extension agreement between the Town of Estes Park and Mr.and Mrs.Prentice Fisher.Trustee H. Bernerd Dannels introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO: That the Mayor and Clerk are directed and are hereby authorized to sign the Water Extension Agreement,dated April 9,1973,between the Town of Estes Park and Mr.and Mrs.Prentice Fisher. A letter,dated April 4,1973,from Mr.Harold Behlin,was read to the Board of Trustees.This letter requested that the Town vacate the street right-of-way running north and south between Dunraven aixi Comanche streets and between Lots 10 and ll,and Lot 12 in Quasebarth Resubdivision. The Board was informed that there is a Town water main located in this street right—of—way.Trustee Robert B.Wagner moved the request to vacate the Street right—of—way be denied.Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee Rollen Sutter,Chairman of the Board of Adjustment,read the minutes of the Board of Adjustment held April 5,1973. Trustee Rollen Sutter,Chairman of the Code and Sanitation Committee, read the minutes of the meeting held on April 5,1973,and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.Trustee Robert B.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee Rollen Sutter introduced the following ordinance and moved it be passed and adopted on first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.32.030 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO FREE STANDING SIGNS. Meeting coiled to order by Mayor Present:Mayor Trustees:‘—i ii Also Present: Absent: Mr.Fred Marsh,Member of the Estes Park Planning Commission,announced by letter,dated April 8,1973,his resignation because he is moving to a location outside the corporate limits of Estes Park.Trustee Glenn Prosser moved that the Board accept his resignation with regret.Trustee Rollen Siitter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Mayor Harry B.Tregent directed the Estes Park Planning Commission to begin a sign code study for the Town of Estes Park. Trustee Glenn Prosser introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COlORADO: That the Mayor and Clerk are directed and are hereby authorized to sign the Fall River land Annexation petition including the land owned by the Town of Estes Park (Parcel 96)into the Fall River Annexation. Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner. Those voting “No”none. Mayor Harry B.Tregent instructed the Public Works Committee to make recommendations on the future status of the present Town Hall and fire and police building by July 1,1973. Mayor Harry B.Tregent instructed the Public Safety Committee to see that holders of liquor and beer licenses do not abuse the privileges granted them and that adequate records be maintained by the Police Department so that renewal applications may be judged accordingly. The Town Administrator reported the first quarter revenue sharing check for the year 1973 has arrived and amounts to $2,936.00. Mayor Barry B.Tregent announced that due to the planned absence of three Board Members the regular meeting of May 14,1973,will be re placed with a special meeting on May 9,1973.
