Trustee Robert K.Burgess moved the following bills be allowed and paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same.(A Certified Copy of the bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk under this date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto.)Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine, Rollen Sutter,Robert K.Wagner.Those voting No”none. Barbara A.Lopez submitted an application for a beer and wine license at 160 West Elkhorn Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado.Trustee Robert E. Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY ThE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ThE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO: That the filing date of the application for a new Beer and Wine License filed by Barbara A.Lopez dba Cottage Inn,is February 12,1973, and it is hereby ordered that a public hearing on said application shall be held in the Town Hall on March 26,1973,at 7:30 P.M.,and that the neighborhood boundaries for the purpose of said application and hearing shall be the corporate limits of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado. Trustee N.T.Petrocine seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert K. Wagner,Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd flannels,N.T.Petrocine,Rollen Sutter.Those voting “No”none. A letter,dated January 31,1973,from Mr.Charles P.lix,Chairman of the Board,the Estes Park Bank,was read to the Board of Trustees.This letter requested a variance from the Board of Trustees,acting as the Board of Appeals,in regard to the Uniform Building Exit Code(l4.O4.O2O). Mr.William Van Horn,Town Building Inspector,informed the Board of Trustees in a letter dated February 12,1973,of certain requirements of the Uniform Building Exits Code regarding exits in the bank building. Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels moved the variance request be granted. Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion.Up&n roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees N.T.Petrocine, Rollen Sutter,Robert K.Wagner,Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd flannels. Mayor Harry B.Tregent proceeded to conduct a public hearing regarding the adoption of the Primary Code.There were no persons present speak ing in favor of or in opposition to the adoption of the code.Mayor Tregent declared the hearing closed. Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved this application for renewal be approved. Trustee H.Bernerd flannels,Chairman of the Public Works Committee, read the minutes of the meeting held on January 31,1973,and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.The Board of Trustees dis cussed funding and cooperation between the Sanitation Districts and Town Engineer William Van Horn reported on the advantages to the Town of proposal number three.Trustee N.T.Petrocine seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner,N.T.Petrocine,H. Bernerd flannels.Those voting “No”Trustee Robert E.Burgess. Trustee N.T.Petrocine,Chairman of the Light and Power Conunittee, read the minutes of the meeting held on February 2,1973,and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.Trustee Robert E.Burgess seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
