Meeting called to order by.Moyor ...1FY....T9?.’$ Present:Mayor Trustees: Also Present: Absent: Mr.Bruce Hansford,Manager of the Estes Park Public Service Compahy office,and Mr.Bill Stultz,Supervisor of the Sales Department, Northern Division of the Public Service Company of Colorado,appeared before the Board to discuss proposed changes in the availability of natural gas to conutiercial and industrial customers in the Estes Park area.The Public Utilities Commission of Colorado has set the hearing on the proposed changes for August 9,1972. Trustee Glenn Prosser,Chairman of the Estes Park Planning Commission, read the minutes of the Estes Park Planning Commission meeting held on July 18,1972. Trustee N.T.Petrocine moved that the Town Attorney be instructed to prepare an ordinance amending the Municipal Code NOT allowing single family dwellingswithin commercial or industrial zones.Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels,Chairman of the Public Works Committee,re ported on a meeting as itemized in the minutes of July 19,1972,and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee Robert E.Burgess introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESmS PARK, COLORADO: WHEREAS,a regular meeting of the shareholders of the Estes Park Golf and Country Club will be held at the Town Hall in Estes Park on Monday,the 11th day of September,1972,for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors and the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting,and WHEREAS,the Town of Estes Park is a shareholder in the Estes Park Golf and Country Club,therefore BE IT RESOLVED the Mayor is authorized to vote the shares of stock owned by The Town of Estes Park,at the shareholders meeting on September 11,1972. Mayor Harry B.Tregent requested that the Public Works Committee set an early August date for a public meeting regarding the proposed annexa tion of certain land in the Fall River area.
