The Boatd proceeded to conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed rezoning of certain lots in Country Club Manor Addition from C-l Commercial District to R—2 Multi-Family District.There were no persons present speaking in favor of or in opposition to the rezoning. Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared the hearing closed. Trustee Glenn Prosser introduced the following ordinance and moved it be passed and adopted on first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 12.4-2 AND 12.4-5 OF ThE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COIDRADO,RElATING TO ZONING AND REZONING. Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E.Burgess,H.Bernerd flannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Whereupon Mayor Harry B.Tregent declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 22—72 and published according to law. The Board of Trustees proceeded to act as the Board of Appeals as provided for in the Municipal Code,Section 11.15 and consider the request from Mrs.Lola Svob,154 Wiest Drive,Apt.2.Mrs.Svob requests permission to install a patio sliding door where a window is now located.This request is a violation of the Uniform Building Code.Assistant Building Inspector C.G.Venditty recommends that Mrs.Svob’s request be granted subject to a condition that at such time as the building is remodeled the door shall be removed.Trustee N.T.Petrocine moved that Mrs.Svob’s request be granted subject to Assistant Building Inspector Venditty’s recommended condition. Trustee Robert B.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee N.T.Petrocine,Chairman of the Light and Power Committee,re ported on a meeting as itemized in the minutes of July 7,1972,and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.Trustee Robert E. Trustee N.T.Petrocine introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO: That the Mayor and Clerk are authorized and are hereby directed to sign the agreement by and between the Town of Estes Park and the Breeder Reactor Corporation,dated July 10,1972.
