Present;Mayor Trustees: Also Present: Absent: Trustee Glenn Prosser,Chairman of the Water Committee,reported on a meeting as itemized in the minutes of June 5,1972,and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.Trustee H.Bernerd flannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee U.Bernerd flannels,Chairman of the Public Works Committee,re ported on a meeting as itemized in the minutes of June 7,1972,and moved that the minutes be approved and adopted.Trustee N.T.Petrocine seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees H.Bernerd flannels,N.T.Petrocine, Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Trustee Robert S. Burgess abstained.Those voting “No”none. Mr.Ronald J.Reiland,Manager of the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce, appeared before the Board and submitted a proposal that would allow the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce to construct a visitor center in the Tallant Addition owned by the Town of Estes Park.Mayor Harry B.Tregent referred this proposal to the Public Works Committee. Trustee Robert S.Wagner moved that the Men’s Softball Team be allowed to move one section of the bleachers at Stanley Park from one area to an area used by the softball team.Trustee Rollen Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. There being no further business,it was regularly moved,seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Mr.David Griffith,attorney representing Jay-Mac,Inc.,appeared before the Board of Trustees and submitted Department of Revenue form DRL 3E requesting permission for his client to remodel the El Taco,115 Moraine Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado. Trustee Rollen Sutter introduced the following resolution and moved it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY ThE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ThE TOWN OF ESTES PARE, COLORADO: That the Mayor of the Town of Estes Park is authorized and is hereby directed to sign Department of Revenue form DRL 3E as submitted by Jay- Mac,Inc.dba El Taco,115 Moraine Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado. Trustee Robert E.Wagner seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Trustees Robert E. Burgess,H.Bernerd Dannels,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”none. Town Attorney Ernest G.Hartwell and Jay-Mac,Inc.attorney,David Griffith, spoke in regard to certain alleged violations committed by Jay-Mac,Inc. dba El Taco,115 Moraine Avenue,Estes Park,Colorado,State Liquor License number 03-09840. After considerable discussion,Trustee Robert E.Wagner moved that the Council take no action in regard to a resolution ordering a public hear ing on alleged violations of Sections 3E and 4B of the Rules and Regula tions,of the Liquor Enforcement Division,Department of Revenue,State of Colorado.Trustee H.Bernerd Dannels seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion failed to pass by the following votes.Those voting “Yes” Trustees H.Bernerd Dannels,Rollen Sutter,Robert E.Wagner.Those voting “No”Trustee Robert E.Burgess,N.T.Petrocine,Glenn Prosser. Mayor Pro Tem Glenn Prosser declared the motion failed for lack of a majority.
