Trustee Henry D.Dannels moved the following bills be allowed and paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same.(A Certified copy of the bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk under this date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto.)Trustee Glenn Prosser seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes” Trustees Henry D.flannels,Glenn Prosser,Marvin L.Steele,Harry B. As advertised by the legal publication,dated December 24,1971,the Board of Trustees proceeded to conduct a public hearing regarding a proposed amendment to chapter 12 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park.This amendment concerns parking requirements when the use of the property is such that the customers or patrons of a business or commercial enterprise do not use the floor area of a building for the primary use of the property.There were no persons present speaking in favor of or in opposition to the amendment.Mayor Brodie declared the hearing closed, Trustee Henry 0.Dannels introduced and the Town clerk read in full, the following entitled ordinance and Trustee flannels moved it be passed on second and final reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12.13 OF THE MIJNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO ZONING AND OFF STREET PARKING SPACE.
