HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 31-870 ORDINANCE NO.31—87 0 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,PERTAINING TO A PORTION OF BUENNA VISTA TERRACE SUBDIVISION WHEREAS,on the 24th day of November,1987,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado held a public hearing to consider rezoning of the property known as the east 95 feet of Lot 6,BUENNA VISTA TERRACE SUBDIVISION;and WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees has determined that said property will be rezoned from R-S Residential to C-D Downtown Commercial. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1. follows: The real property,more fully described as The east 95.0 feet of Lot 6,in the recorded plat of Buenna Vista Terrace,a subdivision in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying south of Fall River in Section 25,T5N,R73W of the 6th P.M.,now known as the east 95.0 feet of Lot 6,Buenna Vista Terrace in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado;EXCEPT that portion conveyed by Special Warranty Deed recorded in Book 1012,Page 456,of the records of Larimer County, Colorado is hereby rezoned and approved Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)days after its adoption and subsequent publica— tion ATTEST: Town Clerk I hereby certify that the above Ordinance was introduced and read a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on the ________ day of ‘7fltixJtci 1987;and published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,on the day of statutes of the State of Colorado 1987,all as required by the z.______ Town Clerk
