Home My WebLink AboutORDINANCE 18-8700ORDINANCENO.18-87ANORDINANCEAUTHORIZINGTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,TOLEASECERTAINREALPROPERTYTOESTESVALLEYMEMORIALGARDENS,INC.BEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:WHEREAS,thepartieshavenegotiatedaLeaseforParcels2,3and4ofthecemeteryproperty;andWHEREAS,Section31—15—713(1)(c)C.R.S.,authorizestheTowntoleaseMunicipalproperty.NOW,THEREFORE,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,herebyfindsasfollows:Section1.ItisinthebestinterestsofthemunicipalitytoleasecertainrealpropertyownedbytheTowntoEstesValleyMemorialGardens,Inc.,accordingtothetermsandconditionsoftheLeaseattachedheretoandincorporatedhereinbyreference.TheMayorandtheTownClerkareherebyauthorizedtoexecutesaidLease.Section2.TheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,herewithfinds,determinesanddesignatesthatthisOrdinanceisnecessaryfortheimmediatepreservationofthepublicpeace,healthandsafety,inordertoimmediatelyleasethepremises,andwhereas,intheopinionoftheBoardofTrustees,anemergencyexists,thisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeinforceimmediatelyafteritspassage,adoptionandsignatureoftheMayor.TOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOBy:_____MayorATTEST:TownClerk
