CCORDINANCE1-96ANORDINANCEANENDINGCHAPTER16AND17OFTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARKWITHREGARDTOREQUIRINGOWNERSIGNATUREOFLANDUSEAPPLICATIONSWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,hasdeterminedthatitisinthebestinterestoftheTowntoamendChapter16and17oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesParkwithregardtorequiringownersignatureofLandUseApplications.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO.Section1.Section16.12.020oftheMunicipalCodeshallbeamendedbytheadditionofsubparagraphEasfollows:E.OwnerSignature.AllapplicationsforaPreliminaryPlat,FinalPlat,orAnnexationMap,shallbesignedbyalloftherecordownersofthesubjectproperty,atthetimeofsubmittal.Section2.Section17.36.060oftheMunicipalCodeshallbeamendedbytheadditionofthefollowingsection.17.36.060.OwnerSignature.Alllanduseapplications(ConceptPlan,DevelopmentPlan,SpecialReview,Re-zonings,Variances)subjecttothistitleshallbesignedbyalloftherecordownersofthesubjectproperty,atthetimeofsubmittal.Section3.TheadoptionofthisOrdinanceisherebydeclaredanemergencyinordertoinsuretheimmediateexecutionoflanduseapplicationsbyrecordownersoftheproperty,andWHEREAS,itistheopinionoftheBoardofTrusteesthatanemergencyexistsandthisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeenforcedimmediatelyafteritspassage,adoptionandsignatureoftheMayor.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOTHIS9THDAYOFJANUARY,1996.TOWNOFESTESPARKBY:_____MaybrATTEST:TownClerk 00 00IherebycertifythattheaboveOrdinancewasintrocedand(readatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthe9’—dayof_____________1996,andpublishedinanewspaperofenera1-4’IrculaonintheTownofEstesPark,Coloradoonthedayof___________1996.iiCTownClerk 00
