Home My WebLink AboutORDINANCE 17-8900ORDINANCE17-89ANORDINANCEAUTHORIZINGTHEPURCHASEOFCERTAINREALPROPERTYBYTHETOWNOFESTESPARKANDTHEGRANTINGOFACONSERVATIONEASEMENTTOTHEESTESVALLEYLANDTRUSTBEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Section1.TheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkherebyauthorizestheTowntoenterintoandtoexecutetheAgreement,asthesameismorefullysetforthonExhibit“A”attachedheretoandincorporatedhereinbythisreference,betweentheTownofEstesPark,theEstesParkUrbanRenewalAuthority,andtheEstesValleyLandTrust,Inc.forthepurposeofpurchasingcertainrealpropertylocatedwithintheTownofEstesPark.Section2.TheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkherebyauthorizestheappropriateofficialsoftheTownofEstesParktoclosethetransactionforthepurchaseoftherealpropertyasmorefullysetforthintheaforementionedagreement.FollowingtheclosingofthepurchaseoftherealpropertyandthedeedingofthesametotheTownofEstesParkandtheEstesValleyLandTrust,Inc.,theBoardofTrusteesherebyauthorizestheTownofEstesParktoexecuteanddelivertheConservationEasement,asthesameismorefullysetforthonExhibit“B”attachedheretoandincorporatedhereinbythisreference.
