Home My WebLink AboutORDINANCE 10-910 ORDINANCE NO.10-91 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OFCERTAINTERRITORYTOTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,TO BE KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS CARRIAGE HILLS ADDITION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTESPARK,COLORADO: Section 1:That a Petition for Annexation,together withfour(4)copies of the plat of said area,as required by law,wasfiledwiththeBoardofTrusteesonthe23rddayofApril,1991,by the landowners of more than fifty percent (50%)of the area,excluding public streets and alleys,of the area hereinafterdescribed.The Board,by Resolution at a regular meeting on the23rddayofApril,1991,accepted said Petition and found anddeterminedthattheprovisionsofSection31-12-107(1),C.R.S.,were met;and the Board further determined that a public hearingshouldbeheldonMay28,1991 at 7:30 P.M.in the MunicipalBuildingforthepurposeofdeterminingthattheproposedannexationcomplieswiththeapplicableprovisionsofSections31—12—104 and 31—12—105,C.R.S.,and is considered eligible forannexation. Section 2:That the Notice of said Hearing was given andpublishedasprovidedinSection31—12—108,C.R.S. Section 3:That the Hearing was held pursuant to theprovisionsofSection31-12—109,C.R.S.,on this 28th day of May,1991. Section 4:That following said Bearing,the Board ofTrusteesadoptedaResolutiondeterminingthattheproposedannexationmettherequirementsoftheapplicablepartsofSection31—12—104 and 31—12—105,C.R.S.;and that an election wasnotrequiredunderSection31—12—107(2),C.R.S.
