HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 12-94cORDINANCE12-94ANORDINANCEAMENDINGSECTION2.52.020ANDSECTION2.52.040OFTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,WITHREGARDTOSALARIESOFTHEMUNICIPALJUDGEANDCLERKOFTHEMUNICIPALCOURTBEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Section1.Section2.52.020oftheMunicipalCodeisamendedtoreadasfollows:TheMunicipalJudgeshallreceiveascompensationforhis/herservicesanannualsalaryoftwelvethousand,eighthundreddollars($12,800);theAssistantMunicipalJudgeshallreceiveascompensationforhis/herservicesanannualsalaryofeighthundreddollars($800);provided,thatanyMunicipalJudgewhoservesforonlyapartoftheyearshallreceiveforhis/hercompensationonlyaprorataportionoftheforegoingannualsalarybaseduponthenumberofdayshe/sheactuallyservesasMunicipalJudgeorAssistantMunicipalJudge.Section2.Section2.52.040oftheMunicipalCodeisamendedtoreadasfollows:TheClerkoftheMunicipalCourtshallreceiveascompensationforhis/herservicesasClerkoftheMunicipalCourtanannualsalaryoffivethousand,twohundredfiftydollars($5,250);providedthatanyClerkoftheMunicipalCourtwhoservesonlyapartofayearshallreceiveforhis/hercompensationonlythatportionoftheyearhe/sheactuallyservesasaClerkoftheMunicipalCourt.Section3.TheadoptionoftheordinanceisherebydeclaredeffectiveasofDecember22,1994.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFTBUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THIS2-tkDAYOF/%%&‘,1994.TOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOBy:_______________________________MayorATTEST:42TownClerk 00 Q0IherebycertifythattheaboveordinancewasintroducedandreadatameetingoftheBoardofTrusteesonthedayof_____________1994,andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralcirçculationintheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,ontheç&dayof/U-i(i-,L,1994.,o-,&LTownClerk 00
