HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 16-95C’aORDINANCENO.16-95ANORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER14OFTHEMUNICIPALCODEOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,THESAMEPERTAININGTOBUILDINGSANDCONSTRUCTIONINCLUDINGTHEADOPTIONOFTHEUNIFORMMECHANICALCODE,1994EDITIONWHEREAS,onthe12thdayofSeptember,1995,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkheldaPublicHearingontheadoptionofthe1994editionoftheUniformMechanicalCode;andWHEREAS,noticeofsaidhearingwaspublishedasprovidedinSection31—16—203,C.R.S.;andWHEREAS,priortotheadoptionoftheUniformMechanicalCode,1994edition,byreference,copiesofsaidCodewerepresentedtotheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITORDAINEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Section1.ThatSection14.16.010oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,shallbeamendedtoreadasfollows:14.16.010UniformMechanicalCode.1994——Adopted.TheUniformMechanicalCode,1994edition,issuedbytheInternationalConferenceofBuildingOfficials,5360SouthWorkmanMillRoad,Whittier,California90601,isenactedandadoptedbythisreference,andincorporatedinthischapterasifsetoutatlength.Section2.Section14.16.015oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,Coloradoshallbeamendedtoreadasfollows:14.16.015Fees.ThefeescheduleinTable1—AoftheUniformMechanicalCodeshallbedeletedandreplacedbyTable1—AoftheUniformBuildingCode.Section3.ThatSection14.16.030oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesPark,Coloradoshallbeamendedtoreadasfollows:14.16.030Damages.NeithertheTown’sBuildingOfficial,TownEngineer,noranyotheremployeeoragentoftheTownofEstesPark,noranyvolunteeractingonbehalfoftheTownofEstesParkshallbeliableindamagesforanyactand/oromissionbysaidpersonpursuanttothedutiesandtheenforcementoftheprovisionsoftheUniformMechanicalCode.—1— 00 00Section4.ThisOrdinanceshalltakeeffectandbeenforcedthirty(30)daysafteritsadoptionandsubsequentpublication.PASSEDANDADOPTEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARE,COLORADO,THIS/-DAYOF_______________,1995.TOWNOFESTESPARE,COLORADOBy:MayorATTEST:TownClerkIherebycertifythattheaboveordinancewasintroducedandreadaameetinoftheBoardofTrusteesonthe/0z‘‘dayof____1995,andpublishedinanewspaperofgeneralpulicatignintheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,onthe/Sdayofsfl.,..AtAJ,1995.—2— 00
