Congratulations on your approved application for a Large Vacation Iforne. On June 30, 2017,
the Estes Valley Planning Commission granted your vacation home at 1321 Devils Gulch Road
the allowed use to accommodate twelve (12) guests in the existing five (5) bedrooms.
This registration will be continued provided no violations or issues occur by renters on your
property. This use is transferable with sale of the home, provided the owners continue to
register this home annually as required by the Estes Valley Development Code.
