On June 30, 2017, the Estes Valley Planning Commission granted your vacation home at 1321 Devils Gulch Road the allowed use to accommodate twelve (12) guests in the existing five (5) bedrooms. This registration will be continued provided no violations or issues occur by renters on your property.
