AN ORDINANCE REZONING WILDFIRE HOMES ADDITION,FROM CH
COMMERCIAL HEAVY,0-OFFICE,E-ESTATE,AND RE-RURAL ESTATE TO 0-
OFFICE,R-SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL,E-ESTATE,AND RM-MULTI-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL
WHEREAS,the four existing parcels within the Wildfire Homes Addition are
currently zoned CH-Commercial Heavy,0-Office,E-Estate,and RE-Rural Estate;and
WHEREAS,the applicant proposes a subdivision of the four parcels to create 43
lots and 2 blocks1 and then rezoning the platted lots to 0-Office,R-Single Family
Residential,E-Estate,and RM-Multi-family Residential as shown on Exhibit A;and
WHEREAS,the Estes Valley Planning Commission has recommended approval
of the rezoning as proposed;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park has determined
that it is in the best interest of the Town that the recommended zoning change be
granted.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1:The zoning of the subject site shall be consistent with the lots
proposed on the Wildfire Homes Subdivision,where the platted lots shall be zoned 0-
Office,R-Single Family Residential,E-Estate,and RM-Multi4amily Residential;and
Section 2:This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days after
its adoption and publication.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,this q-34’day of Siju4 ,2019.
