HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 01-11a ORDINANCE NO.01-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ESTES VALLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE, SECTION 13.3.1 26 “IMPERVIOUS SURFACES” AND SECTION 13.3.1 37 “LOT COVERAGE” C WHEREAS,the Estes Valley Planning Commission has recommended Estes Valley Development Code,Section 13.3.126 “Impervious Surfaces”and Coverage”;and an amendment to the Section 13.3.137 “Lot WHEREAS,said amendments to the Estes Valley Development Code are set forth on Exhibit “A”attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference;and WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park has determined that it is in the best interest of the Town that the amendments to the Estes Valley Development Code Section 13.3.126 “Impervious Surfaces”and Section 13.3.137 “Lot Coverage”set forth on Exhibit “A:Lot Coverage”and recommended for approval by the Estes Valley Planning Commission be approved. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1:The Estes Valley Development Code shall be amended as more fully set forth on Exhibit “A:Lot Coverage”. Section 2: adoption and publication. This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days after its PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF PARK,COLORADO,THIS ,35’DAY OF p.,asj ,2011.
