HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 05-110 ORDINANCE NO.05-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LIGHT AND POWER RATE SCHEDULES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO a WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees has determined that it is the Light and Power Rate Schedules of the Town of Estes Park. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: necessary to amend OF TRUSTEES OF Section 1:That the Light and Power Rate Schedules shall be amended as more fully set forth on Exhibit “A”. Section 2:These rate schedules will take effect April 1,2011. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO THIS t DAY OF c€ 2011.
