AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
LIGHT AND POWER RATE SCHEDULES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO

WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees has determined that it is
the Light and Power Rate Schedules of the Town of Estes Park.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
necessary to amend
OF TRUSTEES OF
Section 1:That the Light and Power Rate Schedules shall be amended as
more fully set forth on Exhibit “A”.
Section 2:These rate schedules will take effect April 1,2011.

Daby,Labor Day,Thanksgiving Day,Christmas Eve,and Christmas Day.
Residential Basic Time-of-Day:Applied September through April;May through August:Residential energy rate applies.
Residential Basic Time-of-Day On Peak:4-7 PM weekdays.
