AN ORDINANCE LKrG APPROPRIATIONS FOR ThE EXPEPSES AND LIABILITIES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTE3 P?K,FOR THE FISCAL YE BEGINNING APRIL FIRST,A.I).
1928.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TUSTEES OF THE TOJJ Of ESTES,PAK,
COLORADO.
Section 1.That for the purpose of defraying the expenses d
liabilities of the Town of Estee Park,Colorado,for the fiscal year
beginning April 1st,1928,the following named sums are hereby appro
priated out of the revenues of said town,for the purpose hereinafter
designated,to—wit:
STREET KD ALLEY FUND:Five Thousand Dollars f5,OOO.0O)-z’
for maintenance,repair and improvennts of the streets,alleys,avenues
and ditches of the Town and for the payment of the salary of the street
supervisor and other employees of the street department.
5E71 FUND:Twenty-seven Hundred Dollars (*2,700.00)Iô-i
or ch an amount as shall be found necessary fcr the maintenance and.
5provent of the sewer system and for the payment of interest and
principal on outstanding sewer bonds.
PUBLIC BUILDING FUND:Five Hundred Dollars —($500.00)V
or such an amount thereof as shail be found necessary for the maintenanceandim1rovenntofpublicbuildings.
CONTINGT FUND:Two Thousand Dollars —($2,000.00)for the purpose of paying any expense or liability of the Town of EstesPerk,not herein otherwise provided for,provided that if the entireamountofthiscontingentfundshallnotberequiredforsuchpurpose,the remainder thereof shall be placed to the credit of any other fund orfundsasmaybedeemednecessaryinthediscretionoftheBoardofTrusteesoftheTown.
FWE DEPATdEIT FUND:Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)‘>for the purpose of purchasing fire equipment and maintenance of equipmentofthisdepartment.
Section 2.This ordinance is hereby termed to be annual appropriationbillforthenextfiscalyear,commencing on the first day of April,1928,and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the publicpeace,health and safety and in the opinin of the Boaid of Trustees anemergoncyexists;therefore,this ordinance shall take effect immediatelyafteritsfinalpassageandpublication.
3eCtOfl 3.The reasarB why this ordinance is thus necessary are that itisintendedtoprovidefortheexpensesofmaintenanceofsaidTownandtoprovidefortheprotectionofthepeace,health and safety of the inhabitantsoftheTown.
