passed and adopted December 15,19f,be and the seme is hereby
amended in the fo11owin resoects:
A.That portion of Section 1 pertaining to !tsuER

B.That the following rate be added to and become a
part of said Section 1:

The above rates are net.Bills for
electric service are due and payable
within ten days from date of bill.
OOhRhIOD
All cDntracts under this schedule shall
be for a minimum oeriod of thirty days
and thereafter until teruinated,where
service is no longer required,on three
days written notice.
RULES AD RGULTIONS
Where service is not of a continuous nature
and the Town is notified of the intention
of the customer not to live in the dwelling
permanently during Winter months,regular
charges mill be discontinued with the meter
reading following date of nDt;iication,and
such meters will not be read again until
the June reading of the follomin year.All
energy consumed during the Winter oil—season
reriod shall he rendered under the residential
schedule as one bill.The Town of stes Park
reserves the option to decide if service is
intermittent or of a iDermanent nature.
The above nrovisions of this schedule are
subject to the definitions,terms,and con
ditions ol the General and Residence Service
rules and regulations made a part hereof by
reference thereto.Service hereunder is for
the exclusive use of the customer and shall
not be resold or shared with others.
Subject to the soecial contract period,and
the monthly or annual minimum established
for the premises served,under the provisions
of the Town’s Service uonnectlDn and Line
Extension Policy.
Section 2.That ectiDn 2 of Ordinance No.102,

passed and adopted December 15,l9-,be amended in the
following resnects:
A.That sub-sectiDn 9 of said Section 2 be amended
to reed as follows:

The Department will furnish,install,own and main
tain the equipment to properly meter the service required

in accordance with the Town’s existing line xtension
Policy.Standard overhead service drops from the supply
lines of the Dennrtment to the premises of the consumer
will be installed.In the event an underground service
is desired by the consumer,he shall provide,own,and
maintain it,although the service will be installed in
accordance with provailing reouireents of the depart
ment.The service entrance wiring shall be brought to
a point satisfactory to the beoartment,and which may
be reached by the Department ‘s supoly lines without
service drop trespass upon other property.
The meter loop wiring shall be such that each class
of service be measured in accordance with existing rates
schedules for each class of service desired.
The Denartment will not assume any resoonsibility
beyond the point of deiiver:,at the meter,or with resuect
to the consumer’s wiring,or for damages to the consumer
resulting from defective wiring.Service may be discon
tinued after due notice to the consumer,if wiring or
equioment is considered unsafe and will not be reconnected
until the unsafe condition has been
B.That sub—section 10 of said Section 2 be amended
to read as follows:
“10.Space for Meters
The consumer will provide at his expense and in
connection with his wiring,a suitable mounting suace
or inclosure for instalition of the metering eouioment
in accordance with the prevailing requirements of the

to read as follows:
“11.Consumers Jirin
The consumer shall provide at his expense all inside
wiring necessary for the proper utilization of the service.
The Departuent will reauire that the service entrance
wiring,the meter ‘loop’and the service entrance switch
be insta..le in accordance with the prevailing requirements
of the Denartment.The service entrance wiring shall be
brought to a point outside the building which may be satis
factorily reached from the beoartment’s supply lines with
out service drop trespass upon other uroperty.The meter
loop wiring shall be such that a seuarate iuete will
measure each class of service required.”
D.That there be added to said Section 2,sub—section
12,which shall read as follows:
“12.Attachments topp1es
Attachments to poles or lighting standards will not be
nermitted except upon specific authority of the Deuartment.”

E.That there be added to said Section 2,sub-section
13,which shall read as follows:
“13.Connect
Vhere service to the consumer is reauested to be
disconrected,a charge of 2.50 will be made by the
Deartynent to connect or reconnect service.t?
Section .xceat as amended hereby,said Ordinance
102,as the same has been heretofore amended by Ordinance
12b,shall remain in full farce and effect.
