ORDINANCE NO.24 -79
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE OF
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO ZONING OF
PALMER ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 17.16.OlOof the Municipal Code of
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is amended by adding thereto a
new subsection 11 as follows:
17.16.010 11 .All of the lands
included within Palmer Addition.
Section 2.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that this
Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for the
orderly development of said area;and whereas,in the opinion of
the Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately after its passage,
adoption and signature of the Mayor.

READ AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ON THE 28th day of Sept and 9t

CIRCULATION IN THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,ON THE 12th DAY
OF October ,1979,ALL AS REQUIRED BY THE STATUTES OF THE STATE
OF COLORADO.
