AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF SPRUCE
DRIVE,BEING A PUBLIC ROADWAY LOCATED IN
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,LARIMER COUNTY,
COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That a portion of Spruce Drive,being a
public street located within the limits of the Town of Estes
Park,more particularly described as follows,to—wit:
A portion of Spruce Drive adjacent to Block 9 of
the 2nd Amended Plat of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Westerly Right—of—Way line of Spruce
Drive (formerly Prospect Drive)identified as Station
P.C.0+00 on the Plat of the “Relocation of Prospect
Drive”as recorded on Book 833 at Page 358 of the
records of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder;
thence S0l°02’OO”W 32.42’;thence along a curve concave
to the Northwest having a radius of 30.00’for a distance
of 39.83’(chord S39°04’OO”W 36.97’):thence along a non—
tangent curve concave to the Northwest having a radius
of 55.00’,for a distance of 35.57’(chord N lS°4l’33”E
34.95’);thence along a curve concave to the East having
a radius of 510.00’,for a distance of 27.37’(chord
N 0l°42’09”W 27.37’);thence N 87°15’OO”E 13.511 to the
Point of Beginning;containing 0.016 acres.
is hereby vacated subject to the reservations set forth in
Section 2 below.
Section 2.The Town of Estes Park specifically reserves
unto itself any existing utility easements on the property
described in Section 1.
Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith,finds,determines and declares
that owners of land abutting on said public roadway have
duly requested the Board of Trustees to vacate the same.
Section 4.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates
that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preserva
tion of the public peace,health and safety,for the vaca
tion of streets affects the public peace,health and safety;
and whereas,in the opinion of the Board of Trustees,an

emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect upon its
final passage,adoption and the approval and signature of the
Mayor.

and read at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on
the lOthday of April ,1984,and published in a newspaper
of general circulation in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
